My Thoughts:

This was a fun story with swoony moments between two characters that I just couldn't figure out how they ended up together in the first place. Especially since they were very different from one another, except for the fact that they really did truly love one another. This is their story of that realization along with a heavy dose of a forgiveness thread. As these two learn, letting go of the past and forgiving one another and others can be so freeing. If only more people did just that. 

Nicole Lemaire is a very well put together career woman. She has for the most part a successful marketing career, until things go south for one of her clients. That is how she ends up facing the love of her life and ex-fiancé again, as well as opening old daddy wounds. How can she keep Charlie at bay while trying to not only save her career, but also her heart?

Charlie Newberg was quite a character. A bit rough around the edges, no lies, just truth all the time even if bluntly spoken. He had his plans, and he was determined to pursue him. In regard to Nicole, he did love her. He just wasn't a feelings person; he really saw no reason for them. He wanted to save the world one documentary story at a time, with Nicole by his side. However, as we already know and Charlie must learn, love is not quite like that.

This was a charming love story that showed the sacrifice someone makes for those they love.
