My Thoughts:

Written by love from a mom who has a son with a neurodiversity, this story showcases that those with this specialty, are just like everyone else. They just think or do things a little bit different. The story starts off showing the same biological makeup that all little boys and girls have. That lays the foundation that we are all very much like one another. Yet, we are unique in our own ways. And some kids' uniqueness shows itself more and that is ok.

The artwork is vibrant and will pull kids into the story and shows that we all are unique individuals and that should never be reason for being bullied by others. I like that this author, who is a mom and wanted to raise awareness about kids like her son, stepped out and wrote a children's book to help other kids who may not understand what Tourette Syndrome is. We need a world with more understanding and love for one another.

I was provided a copy of this book from the author. I was not required to post a positive review and all views and opinions are my own.
