Review: The Healing Jar by Wanda E. Brunstetter

To Purchase

About:

Love steps back to allow another to seek their own happiness. Amish schoolteacher Lenore Lapp learns this when she lets her fiancé walk away and again when she finds a note buried in an old jar that was written by an unwed mother who made a difficult decision.

My Thoughts:

The Healing Jar brings to a close the series The Prayer Jars and gives the readers of this story a well rounded out ending of these characters and their lives. This story is not without its ups and downs and it will pull at your heart strings.

All three of the young women play prominent rolls here. Sara, Lenore, and Michelle all going through their own crises of the heart. And of course we have the anonymous note writer who put the prayers in the jars and in this story it is revealed who it is.

This is a nice ending, with back story and maybe a love triangle. Many people’s hearts are on the line. I recommend this entire series, the stories fit nicely together.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Barbour Publishing and was under no obligation to post a review.
